Botol susu rosakkan gigi!


 Milk's bottle has always been synonymous with children (infants and toddlers). But, do you know that the influence of milk bottles can damage your kids's teeth? One cause of damage to children's teeth are situated on the use of milk bottles that is too often,or  even every moment.

 Each time your child drink milk, juice, fruit and other drinks containing sugar, can accelerate the process of dental decay. Where the liquid from the bottle which is continuously in contact with the teeth will be converted by bacteria in the mouth to acid.

 And acids will damage your kid's teeth and make teeth become brittle and porous. Worse if it is (giving beverage in the bottle) the milk teeth and permanent teeth could be damaged severely threatened.

To avoid this, there are some preventive measures you can do.
  1. When the child went to bed, if usually you kids suckle while in bed, change habits by giving milk before they sleep.
  2. Teach your child to drink with a glass in which when they have stepped on 1 year. Even you can teach them earlyu so that they becoming so used of drinking in a glass.
  3. After meal or drinking sweet drinks, as soon as possible clean your baby's teeth and gums using gauze that has been soaked in boiled water.
  4.  If your child is already taught to brush their teeth, get them used for brushing their teeth regularly 2 times a day, and most important is to brush their teeth before bed. For the election of toothpaste, choose a toothpaste that contains fluoride to prevent cavities. And to brush their teeth, choose a toothbrush with soft bristles.
